DAMAGES + DEFECTS 

Contact our team immediately for any damages or defects upon receiving your order. We'll efficiently address the issue. Report items for replacement within 7 days of receipt.

RETURN + EXCHANGE POLICY

For returns, email us at info@nailceremony.com within 7 days of delivery. Items sent without a prior return request won't be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, we only accept unused products in their original packaging. Unauthorized returns won't be entertained.

Red-line sales and clearance items are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES

Return the current product for swift service. Upon return confirmation, you can place a new order.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving your return, we'll inspect it and inform you of the refund status. Approved refunds will automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Third-party items like e-file drills, electric file components, LED lamps, dust collectors, and in-person class deposits typically aren't refundable unless defective.

Educational deposits are final: you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund with no penalty; after that, tickets are non-refundable.
Rescheduling the course to the next available date if done at least one week before the start date without penalties. All other cancellations and reschedules are subject to a 50% retention of the course fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.

All return requests undergo meticulous review. Items with damages or defects will be replaced per the manufacturer's warranty. We may decline returns or replacements if there's suspicion of dishonest intent.

Shipping fees from the original order aren't refundable. If you had free shipping, the initial shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
You'll cover return shipping costs. Kindly use an affordable shipping option to send your return.

The Nail Ceremony Supply Store does not handle warranty disputes. For warranty issues, contact Saeshin America's Customer Service directly. In case of a defect under warranty, notify Saeshin America’s Customer Service promptly for return instructions. Misuse, inappropriate installation, or lack of maintenance voids the warranty. The warranty is invalid for used, floor model, refurbished, altered, or modified products.

  • If merchandise is received damaged, contact Saeshin America within 7 days.
  • For returns, obtain an RMA number from customer service.
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply. Return merchandise in original, saleable condition, with prepaid shipping.
