DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time: We strive to process all orders within 2-7 business days. Please note that we don't ship or deliver on weekends or holidays. During peak times, there might be a slight delay due to an influx of orders. However, rest assured, we're working diligently to get your purchases to you promptly. If there's a significant delay, we'll notify you via email. Please remember, our operational hours are Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 4 PM, excluding holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. We utilize trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, and USPS and will select the most efficient method for your delivery. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 – 7 days unless the Express Shipping Method is chosen. However, exact delivery times may vary based on your location. Note: Nail Ceremony Nail Supply & Creative Lab reserves the right to change the shipping method at our discretion.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by government actions, weather, or other natural disasters.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, we'll send you a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active and provide real-time updates on your package's progress.

DAMAGES

At Nail Ceremony Nail Supply & Creative Lab, we prioritize ensuring your products are packaged securely. However, we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Ensure you keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

LOST AND STOLEN PACKAGES

Losing a package is undoubtedly frustrating. However, Nail Ceremony Nail Supply & Creative Lab cannot be held accountable for packages lost or stolen post-delivery. If you suspect your package is missing:

• Contact the carrier for specifics about your delivery.

• Check your home's surroundings and your mailbox thoroughly.

• Consult your neighbors to see if they've received or seen your package.

• File a report with your local police and then follow up with the shipping carrier.
